the Benefits Program, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. In doing so you do not
hold IndustryDirectUK.com or any of it's employees or directors or share holders accountable for any information contained
or not contained with their email website, written and or verbal communications. If you do not agree with any of the terms
and conditions, do not use this Benefits Program.
1. IndustryDirectUK.com provides a service available to Internet and email users charging a joining fee. It does not create
any legal relations between the visitors/participants and IndustryDirectUK.com.
2. In no circumstances shall IndustryDirctUK.com or any of its employees be liable for any loss or damage suffered as
a result of any use of IndustryDirectUk.com or information contained or shown in the Benefits Program.
3. IndustryDirectUK.com provides participants with is ID Vouchers for promotions, benefits and discounts to be redeemed
at participating merchants. IndustryDirectUK.com does not sell any products apart subscription to the program and advertising
space.
4. Law governing the Terms Use of this Benefits Program and these Terms shall be subject only to the laws of England and
Wales which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions,
licences and conditions of use.
5. Jurisdiction The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising
in relation to, out of or in connection with this Benefits Program and its use and these Terms. Where national regulatory
authorities have jurisdiction over the contents of this Benefits Program, IndustryDirectUK.com has attempted to ensure compliance
with the requirements of such regulatory body. However, some of the information contained this Benefits Program is not to
be accessed from certain jurisdictions and no representation or warranty is made as to whether the information available in
this Benefits Program complies with the regulatory regime of countries from which the pages in this Benefits Program should
not be accessed.
